Spinrollz Casino logo

Spinrollz Casino accepts players from Austria. Two statements by the operator show this: in the country list displayed during registration, Austria appears with the currency EUR, and in section 2.3 of the terms, the list of excluded jurisdictions, Austria is not mentioned. How Spinrollz compares with the other online casino payment methods for Austria is shown on the overview page. This page covers this one brand only: which methods the cashier lists for Austria, which amounts apply, how withdrawals work and which rules are attached to deposits and withdrawals.

There is little information about the company behind the brand, and it comes from Casino.Guru: according to Casino.Guru, the operator is the Casolinia Group, no licence is known there, and the year of founding is given as 2024. The data contain no statements from the operator itself about a licence or a registered office.

The website has a German interface under /de/, and the terms are also available in German. The legally binding version, however, is the English one. Questions about payments go through live chat and email to [email protected], according to the operator around the clock. EUR is set as the currency for Austria, and it is also the default currency of the Austrian payment list.

Spinrollz Casino payments at a glance

The Spinrollz cashier for Austria consists of two parts. The first covers the classic routes: eps, card (listed in the cashier as “Pay by Card” and “Withdraw to Card”), Revolut, bank transfer and MiFinity. The second is a long list of cryptocurrencies, listed for both deposits and withdrawals.

The methods play different roles. At Spinrollz, eps is listed for deposits only, while Skrill is listed for withdrawals only. Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Revolut and MiFinity appear on both sides of the cashier. If you want to check the Spinrollz cashier against other casinos, you will find the payment methods compared side by side, split into deposits and withdrawals.

Not listed in the information for Austria are Paysafecard, PayPal, Klarna/“Sofort”, Trustly, Neteller, Jeton, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Neosurf and CashtoCode. Paysafecard and PayPal are therefore missing at Spinrollz just as they are missing from the Austrian cashier of every other one of the five brands that ZahlungsmethodenCheck compares. No deposit or withdrawal fee is activated in the payment list for any Austrian method; which costs the terms still provide for is covered in the section on amounts and fees.

Deposit methods for players from Austria

eps. eps is the Austrian online bank transfer. An eps deposit starts at €15 and is capped at €900 per deposit. eps is not listed for withdrawals.

Card. Deposits by Visa or Mastercard run through “Pay by Card”. The lower limit is €10, the upper limit €2,000 per deposit. Both cards are also listed for withdrawals.

Revolut and bank transfer. Both routes accept deposits from €10 and allow up to €5,000 per deposit. Among the classic Spinrollz methods they therefore have the widest range per deposit.

MiFinity. The e-wallet is listed for deposits and withdrawals. It starts at €10 and allows up to €2,500 per deposit.

Cryptocurrencies. Alongside the classic methods, Spinrollz lists a range of cryptocurrencies (full list in the crypto section) for deposits. How deposits with coins work in principle and what players from Austria should look out for is explained on the page about crypto at casinos; the Spinrollz amounts follow in the crypto section.

PayPal. A PayPal payment at Spinrollz is not listed in the information for Austria, neither as a deposit nor as a withdrawal. What other casinos state about PayPal at casinos and which methods the Austrian cashiers list instead is summarised on the PayPal page.

How a deposit works. First the player picks one of the listed methods in the Spinrollz Austrian cashier. Then the minimum amount counts: €15 for eps, €10 for card, Revolut, bank transfer and MiFinity, €30 for Bitcoin. The cashier caps every single deposit, depending on the method at €900, €2,000, €2,500 or €5,000. It matters that the card or payment method belongs to the player; payments from other people's accounts are not allowed under terms section 6.21. Anyone who wants to use the welcome bonus deposits at least €20, because this limit applies to the bonus and is above the minimum for most methods. For the later withdrawal, the rule is: wherever possible, Spinrollz pays out via the same method that was used for the deposit (terms section 6.10). eps is listed for deposits only, while card, Revolut, bank transfer and MiFinity appear on both sides of the cashier.

On the question of whether deposits are credited without a waiting time, the Spinrollz information says nothing: there is no statement on crediting time for any method.

Minimum deposit, maximum amount and fees

At Spinrollz the minimum deposit for card, Revolut, bank transfer, MiFinity and most crypto options is €10. Two methods differ: eps requires €15, Bitcoin €30. For the welcome bonus, the promotions page states a minimum deposit of €20. How high the minimum deposit is at the other casinos and for other methods is shown on the comparison page with the amounts per brand.

The cashier caps every single deposit: eps at €900, card at €2,000, MiFinity at €2,500, Revolut, bank transfer and cryptocurrencies at €5,000. These maximum amounts refer to one single deposit; the information does not name daily or monthly limits for deposits.

Fees. The payment list has no deposit or withdrawal fee activated for any Austrian method; eps, for example, is listed without a fee. The terms nevertheless contain two cases with costs. Under terms section 6.8 the casino may retain 10% of the last deposit, at least €0.5, if less than the deposit amount has been wagered; for card or bank transfer it is 15%. In addition, terms section 6.18 sets an inactivity fee: €5 per month after 180 days without activity.

Crypto

The Spinrollz crypto list covers Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Tether USDT on the ERC20, TRC20, BEP20 and Solana networks, USDC (also on Solana), TRX, BNB, DOGE, Solana and Cardano. Each of these options is listed on both the deposit and the withdrawal side of the cashier.

When it comes to amounts, Bitcoin stands out. For USDT, USDC, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, TRX, BNB, DOGE, Solana and Cardano the deposit starts at €10, for Bitcoin at €30. Per deposit the cashier allows up to €5,000 for cryptocurrencies. Crypto withdrawals start at €20, Bitcoin withdrawals at €60. How long a crypto withdrawal takes is not stated in the data.

If you prefer to pay directly from your own account, Spinrollz offers bank transfer as the counterpart, also listed for withdrawals. How paying by bank transfer works compared with eps and “Sofort” is explained on the page about bank payments.

Withdrawals: methods, timing, limits

For withdrawals, Spinrollz lists card (“Withdraw to Card”), bank transfer, Revolut, Skrill, MiFinity and the cryptocurrencies. The minimum withdrawal is €10 for card, bank transfer, Revolut, Skrill and MiFinity, €20 for crypto and €60 for Bitcoin. Skrill is therefore a method that players from Austria can use at Spinrollz for withdrawals only.

Timing. The finance department processes a withdrawal request within 3 working days of the request, working Monday to Friday from 6–17 GMT. Spinrollz gives no specific time for e-wallets; according to the About Us page, e-wallet deposits and withdrawals are processed quickly. According to the same page, credit card transactions take a little longer because a bank processes them first. There is no information on bank transfer or cryptocurrencies.

If, the other way round, a deposit gets stuck, meaning the money has been debited but not credited to the casino account, the page on deposit not received covers the typical causes and the documents support will then need. At Spinrollz, contact runs through live chat and email.

Limits. How much is paid out depends on the VIP level. Per day it is €500 (level 1 and 2), €800 (level 3), €1,000 (level 4) and €1,500 (level 5). Per month the limits are €7,000 (level 1), €10,000 (level 2), €12,000 (level 3), €15,000 (level 4) and €20,000 (level 5). The information does not name a weekly limit.

Rules: same method, third-party payments, proof

Same method. Wherever possible, Spinrollz pays out via the same payment method that was used for the deposit. Under terms section 6.10, however, the casino may also pay out through a different payment system. Card deposits are covered by terms section 6.6.5: up to the amount deposited, the payout goes back to the card as a refund. The eps transfer is listed at Spinrollz for deposits only; the Austrian cashier does not list an eps withdrawal.

Third-party payments. The card or payment method must belong to the player; payments from other people's accounts are not allowed. Under terms section 6.21, money transfers between customers are also prohibited; the terms on bonus abuse also take up this point.

Proof. For verification, Spinrollz requires proof of ownership and transaction histories of the payment methods used, for example bank or card statements (terms section 6.6.4). For refunds, the casino checks whether the payment method belongs to the player. Under terms section 5.3 the documents must be submitted within 30 days, and the check is usually completed within 10 days.

Bonus and payment method

The Spinrollz welcome bonus consists of 100% up to €500 and 200 free spins on the first deposit. The free spins are spread at 20 per day over 10 days. A deposit of €20 is required; that is above the general online casino minimum deposit at Spinrollz, which is €10 for most methods.

The wagering requirement is 35 times the deposit plus bonus, free spin winnings must be wagered 40 times, and all of this within 10 days. The maximum stake is €100. From bonus money, at most 10 times the bonus is paid out. Deposits via Neteller and Skrill are excluded from the welcome bonus. In the Austrian cashier Neteller is not listed and Skrill only for withdrawals.

Where the sources differ

Number and type of methods. Casino.Guru names 24 deposit methods for Spinrollz, counted across all countries, including Neteller, Skrill, PaysafeCard, Rapid Transfer, PIX, WebPay and Interac. In the Austrian cashier Neteller and Paysafecard are not listed, and Skrill appears there only on the withdrawal side. If you want to see the lists of the individual casinos for Austria side by side, you will find them in the comparison of payment methods, split into deposits and withdrawals.

Neteller and Skrill in the bonus terms. The bonus terms exclude Neteller and Skrill deposits from the welcome bonus and thereby assume that such deposits exist. In the Austrian cashier, no deposit is listed for either of the two.

Withdrawal limits. Casino.Guru states EUR 500 per day and EUR 7,000 per month. The terms stagger the limits by VIP level, as listed in the withdrawal section.

Welcome bonus. According to the promotions page 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins, according to Casino.Guru “100% up to $500 and 200 extra spins”.
