Which payment methods do online casinos offer players from Austria? For Spinanga, Lunubet, Bassbet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker, the Austrian cashier data shows an almost identical picture: eps for deposits only, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Revolut and MiFinity for deposits and withdrawals, Skrill for withdrawals only, plus a long list of cryptocurrencies in both directions. Paysafecard and PayPal are not listed in the AT cashier of any of the five brands.
This methods hub is part of the overview of online casino payment methods for players from Austria and answers two questions for every method: at which casino is it listed, and does it work in one direction only or for withdrawals as well? The basis is the cashier lists and terms and conditions of the five brands. Where Casino.Guru, AskGamblers or LCB keep different lists, this is shown next to it as a divergence, without giving any one source priority.
How to read it: "not listed" means the method does not appear in the brand's AT data. Whether it would be available some other way is not stated. And anyone who wants to change, add or remove payment methods at a casino soon runs into a second limit: under the terms of all five brands, withdrawals should go back via the deposit method wherever possible. The choice made at the first deposit is therefore more than a matter of convenience.

Methods by casino
The AT cashier data of the five brands matches method for method. A distinction by casino therefore does not come from the Austrian short list, but from details: additional methods, the naming used in the cashier and the lists that third parties keep for the same brands.
For players from Austria, eps is the method most closely tied to their own bank. At all five casinos, however, the eps transfer sits exclusively on the deposit side; a withdrawal by eps is not included in any of the AT lists. Anyone who deposits via eps therefore needs a second method for the withdrawal. The withdrawal lists of all five brands contain card, bank transfer, Revolut, Skrill, MiFinity and the cryptocurrencies for this.
PlayID appears only at Spinanga and Bassbet, under both deposit and withdrawal methods. At Lunubet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker, PlayID is not listed. Card payment is called "Pay by Card" in the cashier at Spinanga, Lunubet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker, and the payout to the card "Withdraw to Card". Bassbet simply lists the card as Visa/Mastercard.
On the deposit side, bank transfer is explicitly marked as SEPA at Spinanga, Lunubet and Bassbet, while Spinrollz and Kingmaker just say "bank transfer". For withdrawals, the transfer is listed at all five, and Lunubet names it in its FAQ as the fallback when the deposit method cannot pay out. How paying by bank transfer works and how it differs from eps and "Sofort" is a separate subtopic.
Divergent lists come from two directions. The Spinanga help center and the Lunubet FAQ name bank transfer, "Sofort", Visa, Mastercard, Giropay, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum as the most common, location-dependent methods. Casino.Guru lists far more globally: according to Casino.Guru 38 methods at Spinanga, 51 methods at Lunubet and 38 payment methods worldwide at Bassbet, each including Neteller, Skrill and PaysafeCard. For Kingmaker, Casino.Guru names Neosurf, Jetonbank, CashtoCode and MuchBetter among others, for Spinrollz Rapid Transfer, PIX, WebPay and Interac among others. These lists do not refer to Austria. For the AT cashier, the brands themselves list only the methods of the short list.
Deposit only or withdrawal too
The most important dividing line does not run between the casinos but between the methods. The AT data of all five brands shows the same split by direction:
- Deposit only: eps.
- Withdrawal only: Skrill.
- Deposit and withdrawal: Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Revolut, MiFinity and the listed cryptocurrencies; at Spinanga and Bassbet also PlayID.
- Not listed in the data: Paysafecard, Klarna/Sofort, Trustly, PayPal, Neteller, Jeton, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Neosurf and CashtoCode.
Prepaid is where many player questions get stuck. Paysafecard is missing from the AT cashier of all five brands, although Casino.Guru, AskGamblers and LCB include it in their global lists. Player forums add typical questions: whether you can deposit with an ordinary Sparkasse card without online banking, to which the answer there is to buy a Paysafecard at a petrol station, and whether a Paysafecard balance can be transferred directly to a current account, which is answered no, because the card only serves for paying online. Another player had a win paid out to his Paysafecard account, after which the account was blocked. What this means for Paysafecard at casinos and where the route to a withdrawal ends is covered on its own subpage.
At the five brands, the petrol-station tip does not help, because Paysafecard does not appear in their AT data.
On the deposit side another question arises: what happens if the amount has been debited from the account but not credited at the casino? Spinanga and Lunubet state that deposits are in the vast majority of cases credited almost instantly, but it can take up to two hours; Bassbet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker give no information on this. What to check in this case and which records help when a deposit not received is the problem is set out on a separate page. For choosing a method, it is enough here to state that the deposit also shapes the later withdrawal route, as the next section shows.
Skrill is the reverse case of eps. At all five brands, Skrill appears in the AT data only on the withdrawal side and is not listed there as a deposit method. Anyone who wants to use Skrill as a payout destination therefore necessarily deposits via another method. Under the terms, the withdrawal then goes wherever possible via that deposit method; whether a payout to Skrill can be chosen is not stated in the brands' data.
Same method as for the deposit (terms)
All five brands tie the withdrawal to the deposit, with slightly different wording:
- Spinanga: withdrawals wherever possible via the same method as the deposit; the operator may use other payment systems.
- Lunubet: the same method wherever possible; if it is not available for withdrawals, choose another option, with bank transfer as the fallback according to the FAQ.
- Bassbet: the same payment method wherever possible; under terms 6.10 a different payment system is possible.
- Spinrollz: the same payment method wherever possible; under terms 6.10 the casino may pay out via another payment system.
- Kingmaker: the same payment method where possible under terms 6.2; under terms 6.10 the company may use a different payment system.
Cards come with a special rule. Bassbet and Spinrollz, each in terms 6.6.5, provide that after a card deposit a withdrawal up to the deposit amount is made as a refund, Lunubet sets out the same for credit cards in its rules, and Kingmaker has its own provision on credit cards in terms 6.6.5. For Spinanga, the data contains no information on this. How Visa and Mastercard work in both directions at the five brands is shown in detail on the page about credit cards at casinos.
In practice this means: the deposit method is also a preliminary decision about the withdrawal. An eps withdrawal is not listed, so after an eps deposit the fallback rule of the respective terms applies. A case from Austria is documented in which the payout to Neteller was no longer available and only a few P2P cashout options remained. Neteller is not listed in the AT data of the five brands, but the case shows why the question of what happens when a payout method disappears should be settled before the first deposit. Spinanga, Bassbet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker reserve the right in their terms to use another payment system; at Lunubet the player chooses another option, and the FAQ names bank transfer as the fallback.
Prepaid, bank, card, e-wallet, crypto: the five groups
Sorting the AT data into groups shows where the gaps are and where the choice is wide.
Prepaid. Paysafecard, Neosurf and CashtoCode are not listed in the AT cashier of any of the five brands. They do appear in global lists: AskGamblers names Paysafecard and CashtoCode for Spinanga, LCB names for Spinanga Flexepin, Neosurf and Paysafecard among others, and Casino.Guru names Neosurf and CashtoCode for Kingmaker. For Austria, the group stays empty in the brands' own data.
Bank. This is the Austrian focus. eps is listed for deposits at all five, bank transfer and Revolut for deposits and withdrawals. Klarna/Sofort and Trustly are not listed in the AT data; Giropay and "Sofort" appear in the location-dependent short lists of Spinanga and Lunubet, Giropay and Klarna also in the global LCB list for Spinanga. For withdrawals, the transfer is the common denominator within the group.
Card. Visa and Mastercard are listed at all five for deposits and withdrawals. Apple Pay and Google Pay are not listed. Casino.Guru's global list for Spinanga also names American Express.
E-wallet. MiFinity is listed at all five in both directions, Skrill for withdrawals only. Neteller, Jeton and PayPal are not listed in the AT data. Globally, Casino.Guru also lists Payz at Lunubet and MuchBetter at Kingmaker. PlayID, which Spinanga and Bassbet list in addition, is not explicitly assigned to any of these groups by the cashiers.
Crypto. The widest group: crypto at casinos works in both directions at all five brands. Listed are USDT on several networks (ERC20, TRC20, BEP20, Solana), Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRON (TRX), USDC, BNB, Dogecoin, Solana and Cardano. The networks differ slightly: Spinanga lists USDC on ERC20 and Solana, Bassbet USDC (ERC20) and USDC (Solana), Lunubet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker USDC and USDC Solana. Anyone who deposits with crypto can, according to the lists, withdraw the same way and so meets the same-method rule without a detour.
Methods and bonus: exclusions
All five brands exclude deposits with Neteller and Skrill from the bonus. At Spinrollz, this appears in the bonus conditions of the casino promotions as an exclusion from the welcome bonus. The data of the five brands names no other excluded methods.
For the Austrian cashier, the rule has a particular feature. Skrill is listed in the AT data only as a withdrawal route, Neteller not at all. According to the brands' lists, the two excluded methods therefore play no role for deposits from Austria. The exclusion becomes relevant where Casino.Guru names Skrill and Neteller as deposit methods, for example for Spinrollz. The other AT deposit methods, namely eps, card, bank transfer, Revolut, MiFinity and crypto, are not on the exclusion list.
Anyone who wants to use a bonus thus settles three questions in a fixed order: whether the desired deposit method is listed in the AT cashier, whether it is on the exclusion list and whether the same method is also listed for withdrawals. For eps the third check is negative, for card, bank transfer, Revolut, MiFinity and crypto it is positive. A deposit with a listed, non-excluded method that can also pay out keeps the bonus rule and the same-method rule in line.
PayPal is a frequent follow-up question in this context. PayPal is not listed in the AT cashier of any of the five brands, neither for deposits nor for withdrawals. What the casinos state about PayPal at casinos and which alternatives are listed in Austria is covered on its own subpage. For the bonus question: an exclusion affects only the methods named, and the bonus conditions of the individual brand remain decisive.
Payments by a third party
Deposits from an account or card that is not in the player's name are not allowed by any of the five brands: at Spinanga the payment method must belong to the player, payouts go only to accounts in the player's own name, and money transfers between customers are prohibited. Lunubet pays out only to an account in the player's own name. Bassbet treats the use of someone else's payment methods as fraud. Spinrollz prohibits money transfers between customers, and Kingmaker requires in terms 4.1 that the card or payment method belongs to the account holder and prohibits transfers between customers in terms 6.21. Two voices from Austria still show where the issue comes up in practice.
In the first case, a withdrawal was refused because of the surname: the passport shows an "Ö", the payment data "Oe". The player writes: "Ich versuche seit 2.5 Wochen etwas auszuzahlen, was mir aufgrund meines Nachnamens verweigert wird." ("I have been trying to withdraw for 2.5 weeks, which is refused because of my surname.") The case shows that even a different spelling between ID and payment data can hold up a withdrawal. In the second case, a player from Austria reports a P2P payout that only went through if someone else deposited the same amount. The money then in fact comes from a third party.
On the bank side, § 73 of the Payment Services Act ZaDiG 2018 applies: the payment service provider may refuse an authorised payment order if its execution would violate a provision of EU or national law. Under § 3 GSpG, gambling in Austria is reserved to the federal state. On top of this comes a draft: according to the government bill RV 594 d.B., § 56e GSpG is to provide for payment blocking for prohibited gambling offers, and according to the explanatory notes "payment transactions" is to include deposits and withdrawals in particular. Entry into force is planned with the end of 31.12.2026; as of 09.10.2026 the bill is with the Finance Committee, and deliberations have not yet begun. How the monopoly, banks and the planned payment blocking relate to each other is set out on the page on the legal situation in Austria.

How to read the table
Three rules apply to every row on this page.
I. Where a value comes from
Each row names the place the value was taken from: the operator's payment page, terms or FAQ, or a named portal, each with a retrieval date.
II. When a value is missing
If none of the recorded sources states a value, the field says “not stated”. We do not estimate or fill gaps.
III. When sources differ
If sources differ, both values are shown side by side, each with its source in brackets.
