LunuBet Casino logo

LunuBet Casino accepts players from Austria: the country list the operator uses for sign-up includes Austria with the currency EUR. How LunuBet fits in with the other online casino payment methods available to Austrian players is shown in the overview. This page covers this one brand only: which methods the cashier lists for Austria, the amount a deposit starts at, how the terms tier withdrawals by VIP level and where the cashier, the FAQ and the terms contradict each other.

Casino.Guru names the Casolinia Group as the operator and 2023 as the year the casino was founded. According to Casino.Guru, no gambling licence is known. The payment details on this page come mainly from the cashier for Austria, the German-language FAQ, the terms and conditions and the terms of the welcome package.

These texts are available in German: the terms, the FAQ and the promotion terms are published under /de/. According to the terms, however, the English version is the binding one. Casino.Guru counts German among 15 languages on the website. EUR is the currency set for Austria; for all countries combined, Casino.Guru lists USD, CAD, EUR, AUD, BRL, CHF, CLP, CZK, HUF, NOK, NZD, PEN and PLN. Contact runs through live chat and email; for complaints the terms give a separate address next to the support address. Casino.Guru describes the live chat as available 24/7.

Payments at LunuBet Casino at a glance

At LunuBet the cashier for Austria is split into classic methods and a long list of cryptocurrencies. For deposits it lists eps, card payment with Visa and Mastercard (labelled “Pay by Card” in the cashier), Revolut, bank transfer (SEPA) and MiFinity. On the withdrawal side it lists withdrawal to card (labelled “Withdraw to Card”), bank transfer, Revolut, Skrill and MiFinity. Cryptocurrencies are listed in both directions.

That gives the methods three different roles. At LunuBet eps is a deposit-only method, while Skrill appears only on the withdrawal side. Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Revolut and MiFinity are listed for both deposits and withdrawals. If you want to match LunuBet against the other casinos, the payment methods compared page puts them side by side, split into deposits and withdrawals and using the same method names as the cashiers.

Not listed in the details for Austria are Paysafecard, PayPal, Klarna/“Sofort”, Trustly, Neteller, Jeton, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Neosurf and CashtoCode. Paysafecard and PayPal are therefore missing from LunuBet’s Austrian cashier, just as at all five brands that ZahlungsmethodenCheck compares. No deposit or withdrawal fee is activated in the cashier; the costs the terms still provide for are covered in the section on amounts and fees.

Deposit methods for players from Austria

eps. The eps transfer is listed in the Austrian cashier for deposits only. It starts at €20 and is capped at €900 per deposit. The cashier does not offer eps for withdrawals.

Card. Visa and Mastercard accept deposits from €20, with a maximum of €2,000 per deposit. Both cards are also listed for withdrawals.

Revolut and bank transfer (SEPA). Both start at €20 and allow up to €5,000 per deposit. Both are also listed for withdrawals.

MiFinity. The e-wallet accepts deposits from €20, up to €2,500 per deposit.

Cryptocurrencies. For deposits LunuBet lists a range of cryptocurrencies; the full list is in the crypto section. How deposits with coins work in general and what players from Austria should keep in mind is explained on the page on crypto at casinos; LunuBet’s amounts follow in the crypto section.

PayPal and Paysafecard. Neither PayPal nor Paysafecard is listed in the details for Austria, on either side of the cashier. What the other casinos state about PayPal at casinos and which methods the Austrian cashiers list instead is summarised there.

Crediting. According to the FAQ, deposits appear in the player account “in the vast majority of cases almost immediately”, but it can take up to two hours. The FAQ also names the most common deposit options, depending on location: bank transfer, “Sofort”, Visa, Mastercard, Giropay, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum. “Sofort” and Giropay are not listed in the cashier for Austria.

Minimum deposit, maximum amount and fees

According to the Austrian cashier, the minimum deposit at LunuBet is €20 for eps, card, Revolut, bank transfer, MiFinity and most cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin is the exception at €30. The FAQ, by contrast, speaks of a minimum deposit of “usually €10”. For the welcome bonus the promotion page names a minimum deposit of 20 EUR. How high the minimum deposit is at the other casinos and for other methods is shown on the comparison page, with amounts per brand and per payment option.

The cashier caps every single deposit: eps at €900, card at €2,000, MiFinity at €2,500, and Revolut, bank transfer and cryptocurrencies at €5,000. These amounts apply per deposit. The details give no daily or monthly deposit limits; the terms only state that minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set at the operator’s discretion.

Fees. The cashier shows no fee for deposits or withdrawals. The terms, however, contain two cost items. Under terms 6.8 a minimum turnover of x1 applies: anyone who wagers less than the deposit amount and then wants to withdraw pays 10 % of the last deposit (min. 0.5 EUR) as payment costs, or 15 % with a bank card or bank transfer. In addition, according to the terms LunuBet charges an inactivity fee of 5 EUR per month after 180 days without activity.

Crypto

LunuBet’s crypto list covers Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether USDT on the ERC20, TRC20, BEP20 and Solana networks, USDC including the Solana version, TRX, BNB, DOGE, Solana and Cardano. All of these coins appear on both the deposit and the withdrawal side of the cashier.

There is one exception on amounts. According to the Austrian cashier, deposits with the other cryptocurrencies start at €20, for example with Ethereum or USDT TRC20, while Bitcoin starts at €30. The cashier allows up to €5,000 per crypto deposit. For withdrawals the lower limit is €20 for cryptocurrencies and €60 for Bitcoin.

If you prefer to pay straight from your own bank account, LunuBet offers bank transfer (SEPA), which is also listed for withdrawals. How paying by bank transfer works compared with eps and “Sofort” is explained on the page about bank payments.

Withdrawals: methods, timing, limits

For withdrawals LunuBet lists card (Visa/Mastercard), bank transfer, Revolut, Skrill, MiFinity and the cryptocurrencies. According to the Austrian cashier, the minimum withdrawal is €20 for card, bank transfer, Revolut, Skrill, MiFinity and crypto, and €60 for Bitcoin.

eps is missing on the withdrawal side. If you deposited by eps transfer, a withdrawal therefore goes out by another route, because the cashier lists eps as a deposit method only.

Timing. Here the terms and the FAQ differ. According to the terms, LunuBet processes withdrawals within 72 business hours on VIP level 1, 48 on VIP level 2 and 36 on VIP levels 3–5. Business hours are Mon–Fri 6–17 GMT. The FAQ, by contrast, states processing within four working days. After processing, the timing depends on the payment route: with e-wallets the money can arrive shortly after the withdrawal according to the FAQ, while for bank transfer the FAQ gives 3–5 working days after the withdrawal. There is no information for card or cryptocurrencies.

Limits. How much is paid out depends on the VIP level, per transaction, per day and per month. Level 1: 500 / 500 / 7,000 EUR. Level 2: 1,000 / 2,000 / 25,000 EUR. Level 3: 1,000 / 3,000 / 30,000 EUR. Level 4: 1,500 / 4,000 / 50,000 EUR. Level 5: 1,700 / 5,000 / 75,000 EUR. The details give no weekly limit.

Rules: same method, third-party payments, proof

Same method. Wherever possible, LunuBet pays out via the same method that was used for the deposit. If that method is not available for withdrawals, the player chooses another option according to the FAQ, which names bank transfer as the fallback. The terms contain a separate rule for credit cards: a withdrawal up to the amount deposited is possible as a refund to the card.

Third-party payments. Payments via other people’s accounts are not allowed. Under terms 4.1 the card or payment method used must belong to the player, and withdrawals go only to an account in the player’s own name. Under terms 6.21 transfers between customers are excluded.

Proof. Under terms 5.1 LunuBet may request proof of ownership of the payment methods. According to the FAQ this includes the transaction history, meaning bank, e-wallet or credit card statements, usually for 1–3 months. If a deposit has left your account but still does not show up at the casino after the two hours from the FAQ, the page deposit not received describes the next steps.

Bonus and payment method

LunuBet’s welcome package offers 300 % up to €1,500 and 300 free spins, spread over three deposits. The 1st deposit brings 100 % up to €500 and 200 free spins, the 2nd deposit 125 % up to €700, the 3rd deposit 75 % up to €300 and 100 free spins. According to the promotion page, the minimum deposit for the bonus is 20 EUR. What the minimum amounts at online casinos look like at the other brands, for bonus and regular deposits, is shown on the comparison page.

Wagering is 35 times the deposit plus bonus, and free spin winnings must be wagered 40 times (terms 7.16). The deadline is 10 days and the maximum bet is 100 EUR. Deposits by Neteller and Skrill are excluded from bonus offers. In the Austrian cashier this affects no listed deposit method: Neteller is not listed there, and Skrill only for withdrawals.
