The minimum deposit is the smallest amount an online casino's cashier accepts for a single deposit. At Spinanga, Lunubet, Bassbet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker, this amount depends less on the casino than on the payment method chosen by players from Austria: the same cashier asks for one amount by card and another for eps or Bitcoin. All five also set a third value, the minimum deposit for the welcome bonus, which at Spinanga, Bassbet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker sits above the cashier minimum for card and bank transfer.

Which routes exist overall, from cards to cryptocurrencies, is set out in the overview of online casino payment methods for players from Austria. The focus here is only on amounts: the minimum per casino and per method, the maximum per deposit, the costs that can arise with small sums, and the limit register that is planned under government bill RV 594 d.B.

Searches from Austria mostly name fixed sums. Among the most frequent queries are “casino 5 euro einzahlung” (casino 5 euro deposit), “1 euro einzahlung casino”, “casino 1 euro einzahlen” and “online casino 10 euro einzahlung”, plus “casino mit 3 euro einzahlung” and “casino ohne mindesteinzahlung” (casino without minimum deposit). The answers rely on the Austrian cashiers, help centres, FAQs and terms of the five brands. Where two statements from the same brand differ, both are shown side by side without giving either one priority. Paysafecard and PayPal are not listed in the Austrian cashier of any of the five brands; readers looking for these methods with a small amount will find the context further down.

Minimum deposit by casino

The five brands run a very similar Austrian cashier: card, bank transfer, Revolut, MiFinity, eps and a long list of cryptocurrencies, with PlayID added at Spinanga and Bassbet. The minimum amounts still differ, above all at Lunubet, where the FAQ and the cashier do not say the same thing.

Spinanga. The help centre gives €10 “as a rule” as the minimum deposit. The Austrian cashier confirms this for card, bank transfer, Revolut, MiFinity and PlayID at €10 each. For EPS it asks for €15. Among cryptocurrencies, Ethereum, USDT and Litecoin, for example, are at €10, Bitcoin at €30. The welcome bonus requires €20. How deposits with coins work and which currencies the cashiers carry is covered in detail on the page about crypto at casinos.

Lunubet. Two statements stand side by side here. According to the Austrian cashier, the minimum deposit is €20, for eps, card, Revolut, bank transfer, MiFinity and most cryptocurrencies, including Ethereum and USDT TRC20; Bitcoin requires €30. According to the FAQ, the minimum deposit is “as a rule” €10. For an individual payment, what counts is the amount the cashier accepts when it is entered. The welcome bonus at Lunubet requires 20 EUR, the same amount the Austrian cashier lists for most methods.

Bassbet. The cashier lists €10 for card, PlayID, Revolut, bank transfer, MiFinity and most cryptocurrencies. The coins listed are USDT, USDC, ETH, LTC, TRX, BNB, DOGE, SOL, ADA and BCH. eps requires €15, Bitcoin €30, the welcome bonus €20.

Spinrollz. Amounts are given in EUR here: 10 EUR for card, Revolut, bank transfer, MiFinity and most crypto options, namely USDT, USDC, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, TRX, BNB, DOGE, Solana and Cardano. eps requires at least 15 EUR, Bitcoin 30 EUR. For the welcome bonus, Spinrollz states a minimum deposit of 20 EUR.

Kingmaker. According to the cashier, the minimums apply per method: €10 for card, Revolut, bank transfer, MiFinity and most cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC, ETH, LTC, BCH, TRX, BNB, DOGE, SOL, ADA), €15 for eps and €30 for Bitcoin. The welcome bonus requires 20 EUR.

The legal framework for players from Austria is set by § 3 GSpG: gambling is reserved to the federal state, and government bill RV 594 d.B. proposes new rules for payments to gambling operators that have not yet been passed. The role of banks and payment service providers is explained on the page about the legal situation in Austria.

Minimum amount by method

Sorting by method rather than by casino gives a clearer picture. The amounts in the five cashiers fall into three tiers: the standard methods at €10, eps at €15 and Bitcoin at €30. According to its Austrian cashier, Lunubet differs for the standard methods and for eps.

Card, bank transfer, Revolut, MiFinity. Spinanga, Bassbet and Kingmaker require €10, Spinrollz 10 EUR, Lunubet €20 according to its Austrian cashier. For the minimum deposit, choosing between card and transfer makes no difference at any of the five brands. How classic paying by bank transfer works and how it differs from eps is covered on a separate page.

PlayID. At Spinanga and Bassbet, PlayID is listed at €10, the same tier as the card. PlayID and card also share the same maximum in both cashiers.

eps. The Austrian bank payment is listed at €15 at Spinanga, Bassbet and Kingmaker and at 15 EUR at Spinrollz. At these brands, eps therefore sits above the amount for card and transfer. At Lunubet, the Austrian cashier lists €20 for eps, the same value as for the other standard methods. Anyone who wants to pay a small sum directly through their own bank at Spinanga, Bassbet, Spinrollz or Kingmaker will not get the lowest amount in the cashier with eps. How approval in online banking works is shown on the page about the eps transfer.

Cryptocurrencies. USDT, USDC, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRX and other coins are in the cashier at €10 or 10 EUR at Bassbet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker; at Spinanga the same amount applies, for example, to Ethereum, USDT and Litecoin. Lunubet requires €20 for the other cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin is at €30 at all five.

With crypto in particular, one question comes up that the data do not answer: what happens if less than the minimum arrives? A complaint from Austria concerned a TRX deposit that was not returned; the follow-up question read: “Is it correct that you deposited approximately 21 USD in TRX?” Whether an amount below the minimum is credited, sent back or retained is not covered by the cashier data and terms of the five brands in the available information. Anyone depositing with coins should therefore check the cashier minimum before sending and keep in mind that the cashier states its minimums in euros, not in the cryptocurrency.

1, 5 or 10 euros: what the data show

Searches revolve around small, round sums: “casino mit 1 euro einzahlung”, “online casino ab 1 euro einzahlung”, “casino 5 euro einzahlung”, “online casino ab 5 euro einzahlung” or “casino ab 10 euro einzahlung”. In the data of the five brands, a minimum deposit of €1, €3 or €5 is not listed for any method. The smallest amount the Austrian cashiers give is €10 or 10 EUR, at Spinanga, Bassbet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker for card, bank transfer, Revolut, MiFinity and most cryptocurrencies.

For searches such as “online casino 10 euro einzahlung” or “€10 mindesteinzahlung”, these four brands fit. At Lunubet, it depends on which statement you follow: the FAQ gives “as a rule” €10, the Austrian cashier €20.

A search for small amounts often has a specific method behind it. Many queries combine the sum with PayPal or Paysafecard. Neither is listed in the Austrian cashier of any of the five brands. The query “online casino paypal 5 euro einzahlung” therefore cannot be served by these five cashiers. What is known about the wallet and which alternatives are listed in Austria is summarised on the page about PayPal at casinos.

A second point separates small deposits from the bonus. For the welcome bonus, all five brands require a minimum deposit of €20 or 20 EUR. Anyone who deposits only the cashier amount of €10 at Spinanga, Bassbet, Spinrollz or Kingmaker does not reach this threshold.

And “casino ohne mindesteinzahlung”, a casino without a minimum deposit? Every method in the five Austrian cashiers has a minimum amount. A deposit without a lower limit is not provided for in the data.

Maximum per deposit

The upper limit per deposit is more uniform across the five Austrian cashiers than the lower one. It depends only on the method; Lunubet, which differs on minimums, lists the same values here as Spinanga, Bassbet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker.

  • eps: €900 per deposit, 900 EUR at Spinrollz.
  • Card: €2,000, at Spinanga and Bassbet also for PlayID.
  • MiFinity: €2,500.
  • Bank transfer, Revolut, cryptocurrencies: €5,000; Kingmaker's cashier explicitly lists Bitcoin at 5000 as well.

At Kingmaker, the cashier applies the values per transaction. Spinanga adds in its terms that the operator sets minimum and maximum amounts at its own discretion. The cashier figures are therefore the current state, not a fixed commitment. The available cashier data contain no daily or monthly deposit limit.

In practice, this means eps has the lowest upper limit in the Austrian cashiers and, at Spinanga, Bassbet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker, a higher minimum than the card at the same time. For larger amounts in one go, the cashiers list bank transfer, Revolut and crypto at €5,000.

If the cashier rejects a deposit, the method's minimum and maximum are the first values worth checking. The case is different when the money has left the account but does not show up at the casino. Then the bank's payment record is what counts. What to do in a case of deposit not received is described on a separate page.

Fees on small amounts

In the cashiers, the situation is clear: none of the five brands has a deposit fee set for any Austrian method. Spinanga, Lunubet and Bassbet show neither a deposit nor a withdrawal fee in the cashier, Spinrollz has no fee activated for any Austrian method in its payment list, and Kingmaker shows the fee fields per method as 0.0000.

Anyone looking for a prepaid option for small amounts, as in the query “suche Casinos mit Paysafe einzahlung ab €10?”, will not find it in these cashiers: Paysafecard at casinos is not listed for Austria at any of the five brands. Instead, at Spinanga, Bassbet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker, card, bank transfer, Revolut and MiFinity start at €10, with no fee set in the cashier.

The terms, however, contain a cost rule that hits small deposits. Under section 6.8 of the terms, all five apply a minimum turnover of x1: if less than the deposit amount is wagered, the operator may retain 10 % of the last deposit as payment costs, at least 0.5 EUR, or 15 % for bank card or bank transfer. Bassbet's terms call this a commission on a withdrawal without single turnover of the deposit. The query “online casino ohne mindestumsatz” is thus answered clearly by the five sets of terms: a minimum turnover of x1 is provided everywhere. Because of the 0.5 EUR floor, a deduction is possible even with very small deposits.

The second fee concerns balances left sitting. Under section 6.18 of the terms, the brands charge an administration fee of 5 EUR per month once an account has been inactive for 180 days. Anyone who deposits only a small amount and then leaves the account dormant should know this clause.

Costs can also arise outside the casino. A voice from Austria describes a deposit via “pay via Bank” where “12.59 Euro” were deducted as “transfer charges for the deposit without my consent”, although the transfer was “free of charge according to the casino”. The fee had been charged by the payment intermediary, not by the casino. With credit cards, players report “cash advance fees”: card issuers treat deposits with gambling operators as cash withdrawals. The advice from the same discussion is to use a debit card instead.

Planned: limit register (RV 594 d.B.)

The cashiers' minimum and maximum amounts are limits per deposit. A limit across several deposits, or even across several operators, is something else, and Austrian lawmakers are planning a dedicated tool for it.

Government bill RV 594 d.B. provides for payment-blocking rules (§ 56e, § 51a) that are meant to involve payment service providers. These rules are planned, not in force. How the card is currently listed in the Austrian cashiers for deposits and withdrawals and what to watch with Visa and Mastercard is shown on the page about credit cards at casinos.

The same bill also provides for the “implementation of a cross-operator deposit limit (limit register)”. A central register is meant to enforce a deposit limit that does not apply at just one operator. Entry into force is planned for the end of 31.12.2026. As of 09.10.2026, the bill is with the Finance Committee, and deliberations have not yet started. It is therefore a draft, not law in force.

A deposit limit by time period already exists at win2day: according to its own statement, a limit applies “per week up to age 26 and per calendar month from the 26th birthday”. For the five brands, the available cashier data name no such period limits, only the limits per deposit and method.

How to read the table

Three rules apply to every row on this page.

I. Where a value comes from

Each row names the place the value was taken from: the operator's payment page, terms or FAQ, or a named portal, each with a retrieval date.

II. When a value is missing

If none of the recorded sources states a value, the field says “not stated”. We do not estimate or fill gaps.

III. When sources differ

If sources differ, both values are shown side by side, each with its source in brackets.
