IThe 5 casinos and their payment methods
The table above shows for each of the five casinos which method is listed in the cashier for Austria as a deposit, a withdrawal or both. At Spinanga, LunuBet, BassBet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker these lists are identical: eps for deposits only; Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Revolut and MiFinity for deposits and withdrawals; Skrill for withdrawals only. How these routes differ in process, direction and minimum amount is explained method by method on the page with payment methods compared across all five casinos.
“Not listed” means only one thing: the method does not appear in the cashier for Austria. Whether a casino offers it in other countries is a different question, and that is exactly where the sources diverge. Industry portals mostly publish global lists that combine all countries of an operator. For a deposit from Austria, however, what counts is what the cashier actually offers for an account with country AT and currency EUR.
Spinanga. According to Casino.Guru (global), Spinanga's list includes Neteller, Skrill, PaysafeCard, Mastercard, VISA and eps transfer. According to AskGamblers (global), Rapid Transfer, Volt, CashtoCode, eZeeWallet, Jeton and MiFinity are added, and according to LCB (global) Flexepin, Giropay, Klarna, Neosurf and Paysafecard among others. Casino.Guru counts 38 deposit methods, explicitly global and not AT-specific. In the AT cashier, by contrast, Paysafecard and Neteller are missing. Austria (EUR) is in the country list for registration, and T&C 2.3 (live v1.12) does not name Austria among the excluded jurisdictions.
LunuBet. Casino.Guru lists 51 deposit methods for LunuBet, counted across all countries. The cashier for Austria shows the same selection as at the other four casinos. Austria (AT, EUR) is in the operator's registration country list. The most notable difference concerns the minimum amount: the AT cashier and the casino's FAQ give different figures here.
BassBet. According to Casino.Guru, BassBet offers 38 deposit methods, worldwide and not AT-specific. According to the cashier, eps is enabled only for the country AT. Austria (AT, EUR) is in the registration country list and not among the excluded jurisdictions of the T&C (version 1.12, 19.08.2026).
Spinrollz. Casino.Guru counts 24 deposit methods at Spinrollz, across countries, and names Skrill, Neteller and PaysafeCard as deposit methods. In the AT cashier, however, Skrill is listed only as a withdrawal option, and Neteller and Paysafecard do not appear. Austria with EUR is in the registration country list and not among the excluded jurisdictions of T&C 2.3.
Kingmaker. For Kingmaker there is no data on the number of deposit methods. On crypto the sources differ: the cashier names Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, USDT, USDC, TRX, BNB, Dogecoin, Solana and Cardano among others, while Casino.Guru additionally lists Ripple. Austria (AT, EUR) is in the registration country list, and Austria is not among the excluded countries of T&C 2.3.
IIDepositing in three steps
A deposit at an online casino runs through the cashier section of the account at all five casinos. Which methods appear there depends on the account's country: the cashier for Austria shows a different selection from the global lists of the industry portals. Anyone depositing at Spinanga, for example, sees eps, card, bank transfer, Revolut and MiFinity, but neither Paysafecard nor PayPal. Minimum amounts and specifics per method are set out in detail under Spinanga Casino payment methods.
- 1
1. Choose a method
In the cashier for Austria, eps, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Revolut, MiFinity and cryptocurrencies are available for deposits. Skrill appears only as a withdrawal route, Paysafecard and PayPal are not listed.
- 2
2. Enter the amount
The amount must reach the minimum of the method. For eps this is €15 at Spinanga, BassBet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker, and €20 at LunuBet according to the AT cashier. For the welcome bonus the casinos state €20.
- 3
3. Confirm the payment
Approval takes place at the payment service: in your bank's online banking for eps and bank transfer, via your bank's confirmation for cards, in the respective account for Revolut and MiFinity, and through your own wallet for crypto.
Two things deserve a closer look before the third step. First, the bonus: anyone who wants the welcome bonus has to deposit €20 at Spinanga, BassBet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker, and LunuBet's bonus page also states 20 EUR. At all five casinos the bonus terms exclude deposits via Neteller or Skrill from the welcome bonus; in the AT cashier neither is listed as a deposit route anyway. Second, mobile: Apple Pay and Google Pay are not listed in the cashier for Austria at any of the five casinos. A deposit on a smartphone therefore uses the same routes as on a computer: eps, card, Revolut, MiFinity or crypto.
If you prefer to pay directly from your own current account, the AT cashier offers two routes: eps and the classic transfer. The difference lies in the direction. eps is listed at all five casinos for deposits only, bank transfer for deposits and withdrawals. How the transfer works at the casino and which minimum amounts apply is described on the page about paying by bank transfer with the cashier values of all five operators. Klarna/Sofort and Trustly do not appear in the Austrian cashier of the five casinos.
IIIMinimum deposit and fees
At all five casinos the minimum amount depends on the method, not just on the casino. The cashiers for Austria give the following values:
Spinanga: usually €10 according to the help centre; in the AT cashier €10 for card, bank transfer, Revolut, MiFinity and PlayID, €15 for EPS; €20 for the welcome bonus.
LunuBet: according to the AT cashier €20 for eps, card, Revolut, bank transfer, MiFinity and most crypto options, Bitcoin €30; according to the FAQ, however, “usually €10”. Which value applies in a given case only becomes clear in the cashier when depositing. Both statements in their original wording are shown under LunuBet Casino payment methods with the respective source.
BassBet: €10 for card, PlayID, Revolut, bank transfer, MiFinity and most cryptocurrencies; eps €15; Bitcoin €30; €20 for the welcome bonus.
Spinrollz: 10 EUR for card, Revolut, bank transfer, MiFinity and most crypto options; eps 15 EUR; Bitcoin 30 EUR; 20 EUR for the welcome bonus.
Kingmaker: €10 for card, Revolut, bank transfer, MiFinity and most cryptocurrencies; eps €15; Bitcoin €30, per method according to the cashier; 20 EUR for the welcome bonus.
Anyone searching for a casino with a 4 euro deposit will not find this amount in the cashier for Austria at any of the five casinos. Which amount applies per method is shown in the list above. For a deposit with the welcome bonus, all five casinos state €20.
According to the cashier, no deposit or withdrawal fee is enabled for any AT method at the five casinos. According to the T&C, however, the operator may retain part of the last deposit as payment costs if it was not wagered once before the withdrawal; the rate is 10% of the last deposit, at least €0.5, and 15% for card and bank transfer. Whether your bank, card issuer or e-wallet charges its own fees for a payment to a casino is governed by their terms, not by the casino's.
A frequent search concerns PayPal. In the cashier for Austria, PayPal is not listed at Spinanga, LunuBet, BassBet, Spinrollz or Kingmaker, neither for deposits nor for withdrawals. If you want to use a wallet account, the AT cashier offers MiFinity and Revolut in both directions and Skrill for withdrawals. What the casinos state about PayPal and which routes appear in the cashier instead is set out on the page about PayPal at casinos.
IVPaysafecard, eps, card, crypto: the methods explained briefly
Paysafecard. The prepaid card also comes up in Austrian casino forums. One player from Austria reports a Paysafecard payment of €50 for which the casino reported that “die Zahlung fehlgeschlagen ist” (the payment failed), while my paysafecard showed the debit. In the cashier for Austria, Paysafecard is not listed at any of the five casinos compared. Global lists from Casino.Guru, AskGamblers or LCB do include Paysafecard at Spinanga or Spinrollz, but for accounts from Austria it is not listed in their cashier for Austria.
eps. The eps transfer is the Austrian way to pay directly from your bank's online banking. At all five casinos eps is listed in the AT cashier, but only for deposits. The minimum is €15 (Spinanga, BassBet, Spinrollz, Kingmaker), and at LunuBet €20 according to the AT cashier. At BassBet, eps is enabled only for the country AT according to the cashier. How eps works at the casino and what remains for the withdrawal after depositing is explained on the page about the eps transfer with all cashier values.
Card. Visa and Mastercard are listed at all five casinos for deposits and withdrawals. The minimum is €10 (Spinanga, BassBet, Spinrollz, Kingmaker) or, according to the AT cashier, €20 (LunuBet).
Revolut and MiFinity. Both accounts are listed in both directions in the AT cashier of all five casinos. The minimums match those of the card: €10 at Spinanga, BassBet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker, €20 according to the AT cashier at LunuBet. Spinanga and BassBet additionally list PlayID at €10 in their minimum amount list.
Skrill and Neteller. Skrill is listed at all five casinos for withdrawals only, Neteller not at all. This is the most important difference from the global lists, in which both often appear as deposit methods. At BassBet, for example, only a look at the cashier for Austria shows that Skrill is available there for withdrawals only; the BassBet Casino payment methods list this for each method individually.
Crypto. All five casinos accept cryptocurrencies. The cashiers name Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether USDT (ERC20, TRC20, BEP20, Solana), USD Coin USDC, TRON (TRX), BNB, Dogecoin, Solana and Cardano. For Kingmaker, Casino.Guru additionally lists Ripple. The minimum for Bitcoin is €30 at all five casinos; for most other coins €10 applies (Spinanga, BassBet, Spinrollz, Kingmaker) or, according to the AT cashier, €20 (LunuBet).
What is not listed. Klarna/Sofort, Trustly, Jeton, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Neosurf and CashtoCode appear in none of the five cashiers for Austria. This does not necessarily mean they are technically impossible, only that they are not listed in the data.
VWithdrawing via the same method
For withdrawals the list swaps one route: eps drops out, Skrill comes in. In the cashier for Austria, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Revolut and MiFinity are listed in both directions at all five casinos, Skrill only for withdrawals. eps is missing on the withdrawal side. Anyone who deposits via eps therefore needs one of the other listed routes for the withdrawal, usually a bank transfer to their own account, the card or a wallet.
According to the T&C, all five casinos pay out via the deposit method wherever possible, but the operator may use a different payment system. LunuBet's T&C name bank transfer as the fallback if the deposit method is not available for withdrawals. The practical conclusion: if you choose a method listed in both directions from the start, that is card, bank transfer, Revolut or MiFinity, deposits and withdrawals run through the same channel. How Spinrollz structures its cashier for Austria is shown in the overview of Spinrollz Casino payment methods.
According to the T&C, the finance department processes withdrawals at Spinanga, BassBet, Spinrollz and Kingmaker within 3 working days; at LunuBet the T&C state 72 business hours (VIP 1), the FAQ within four working days. The minimum withdrawal according to the cashier is €10 for card, bank transfer, Revolut, Skrill and MiFinity (€20 at LunuBet), and €60 for Bitcoin. After processing, the duration depends on the method: at Spinanga the operator states 3-5 working days after the payout for the bank, while with e-wallets the money can appear shortly after the payout; at LunuBet the FAQ also states 3-5 working days for the bank. At BassBet, credit card transactions take somewhat longer according to the operator because the bank processes them; no time is stated there.
With crypto the situation is similar: the cashiers list the supported coins from Bitcoin to Cardano. What to keep in mind when depositing and withdrawing with Bitcoin and other coins is summarised on the page about crypto at casinos.
VIWhen a deposit does not arrive
The payment service has debited the money, but nothing has arrived in the casino account: this is a frequent payment problem in Austrian forums. One player writes: “30 euro mit skrill einbezahlt aber das geld kommt nicht auf das casino konto” (paid in 30 euros with Skrill, but the money does not reach the casino account). Another: “Einzahlung wurde vom Bankkonto abgebucht, aber dem Casino Konto nicht gutgeschrieben” (the deposit was debited from the bank account but not credited to the casino account). A third reports a bank transfer for which the casino claimed to have received nothing, while the bank said “es wurde übermittelt” (it was transmitted). And about the support, one post says tersely that nobody in the live chat helps.
Before you contact anyone, look at the method. Skrill is listed in the AT cashier of the five casinos compared for withdrawals only, Paysafecard not at all. Which methods appear in a specific cashier and which minimum applies per method is shown, using one casino as an example, in the Kingmaker Casino payment methods: eps €15, Bitcoin €30, card and bank transfer €10.
Who is responsible: the payment service or the casino? The casino first, because only the casino can check whether the payment has reached its payment processor. Have the date, amount, method and the transaction number from your bank or wallet account ready. If the casino produces no result, the payment service is the next point of contact: the bank, Skrill, my paysafecard or the card issuer. According to Casino.Guru, in such cases often the only option is an investigation at the payment provider, which can take approx. one month.
What does “fehlgeschlagen” (failed) mean? If the transaction history at the casino shows “failed” but your own bank or my paysafecard shows a debit, the amount is usually stuck between the two parties. The status at the casino and the status at the payment service should therefore both go into the request as screenshots.
Which document counts for a transfer? For a bank transfer, it is your bank's order confirmation with recipient, IBAN, amount, date and payment reference. With it, the casino can search for the incoming payment on its side.
Crypto. For a crypto deposit, the transaction ID is the proof. Without a bank in the background, resolution depends solely on the casino; in the case of one player from Austria, the casino did not take part in resolving it.
VIIPayments and the law in Austria (summary)
Under § 3 GSpG, the right to conduct games of chance is reserved to the federal state; the law calls this the gambling monopoly. According to the BMF, Österreichische Lotterien GmbH is authorised until 30 September 2027 to operate, among other things, electronic lotteries on www.win2day.at. According to the BMF, a licence from another EU or EEA state does not entitle its holder to offer games of chance in Austria. How the monopoly, banks and planned changes fit together is explained in more detail on the page about the legal situation in Austria.
Payment services themselves are governed in Austria by the ZaDiG 2018 and the E-Geldgesetz (E-Money Act): they regulate banks, card issuers and e-money institutions, not the casinos.
Planned but not adopted is an amendment to the GSpG under government bill 594 d.B. The draft § 56e GSpG provides for payment blocks (“Payment-Blocking”) for prohibited gambling. According to the government bill, network blocks, a blacklist under § 51a and a shared register for deposit limits are also to follow, and § 52 (1) no. 10 is to be deleted. According to the draft, entry into force is planned with the end of 31.12.2026. As of 09.10.2026, the bill lies with the Finance Committee, and deliberations have not yet begun. Until it is adopted, the bill changes nothing about deposits by card, eps, bank transfer or wallet.
If you are looking for support with your own gambling behaviour: a Player Protection Office (Spielerschutzstelle) has been set up at the BMF.
